Before your appointment
We recommend using olive oil or sodium bicarbonate drops for 5–7 days before your appointment to soften the wax. This makes the removal process faster and more comfortable.

Hearing Screening
A quick hearing check is carried out to establish your baseline hearing levels before any procedure. This helps track improvement after the removal.

Wax Removal
Depending on the type and location of the wax, your pharmacist will use either microsuction (a gentle vacuum) or irrigation (a warm water flush) to safely clear the ear canal. Both methods are safe, quick, and well-tolerated.
